Our role is simply to help form groups that connect parents, with the aim of supporting them in primary school registration and matters related to primary school life. Once the registration phase is over, parents may use the group to discuss homework, school events, administrative matters at the school, or share educational resources.
Typically, schools do not set up official chat groups, although parent support groups in some schools may create them. MOE, schools, and teachers usually communicate with parents through the Parents Gateway app. Some teachers may also use apps such as Remind or ClassDojo to communicate with parents.
If there is any relevant promotion (like student care or enrichment)that can help parents save money, we may post it in the group at most twice a month.
